Are your asain parents racist? hahahha. My dad and I had this discussion on “what if i married a girl who’s not asian?”..or how about this..lets go even more specific “is it okay if I don’t marry a hmong girl?”. hahaha The only thing I remember was that my dad was pretty uh..mad..and well, I’m sure you know…He’s totally against it. He said it’s best to marry someone who is the same kind” or in other words it best to marry a hmong girl just because. Now thinking in my head, he’s going to give this huge lecture about the hmong culture such and such on how the wife will be faithful and how she should also help the parents. They brought up  some statistics and stories of how many of interracial marriages break up and such. But really I think it with all those stats and stories some of those marriages do work. I gave them some statistics and even cousins and couples they know. It can work. Another thing they pointed out was ..if she was “white” she would put my parents in a nursing home. hahaha. Okay, mom and dad that is true but..is that the only reason? hahaha It’s funny too because in the hmong culture the youngest is suppose to care for the parents. I am the youngest too haha. My dad says..”There are about four churches here and out here a good hmong community of those four churches and that community you can’t find yourself a nice hmong girl?”. haha I told him its hard..I could get arrested. haha

So I’m guessing they want the best for me? And that’s all that they want. A nice hmong wife uhh hopefully not one of my cousins’ who can take care of me and them..and the rest of the family.

My brother and I have come to a conclusion that in the near future one of our kids wont marry a hmong person. haha and it might happen.. O_O. So are asian parents racist? Yes a good bunch of them! But in this day and age their becoming more acceptable and more respectful for other races. In the end they just want whats best for you.  One thing that bothers me is asain girls with “white” guys… Am I racist?..haha we’ll save that for another time..haha

Beauty?…A combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, esp. the sight. Character? The quality of being individual, typically in an interesting or unusual way. Well according to the dictionary I have on my dashboard these are the simple meanings that define beauty and character. I believe honestly beauty has a lot to do with character. Haha Say for example recently..I saved this girl on facebook..because…well, I thought she was pretty..we had a good amount of mutual friends..on facebook..and I was like sure lets give this a try…as in..”Save her as a friend”. So I did..We talked a little..I was the first to post on her wall…then one day I commented on one of her photos..by just giving her a complement..She doesn’t reply back..hahha and I clearly..she that is online…okay just hang with me…I know I went off on a tangent. So I’m guessing that comment offended her??..What does character have to do with this? hahha well…lets just say I guess she wasn’t as cool or chill as I told she was..haha…Most girls would say something..or..at least like..hahhahahahha ..Or she thought I was a creep…yeah yeah.. I’m not close to her but still..hey can I at least spark up a conversion ….

Character is something I look in deep in everyone……Say I’m late for class..run into a person….person says “oops I’m sorry..are you okay? nods  head..to clarify you hit me..etc..” that’s a small example of having character..haha

So, today I decided to watch jay chou’s Secret again. It’s been so long. I believe a good story teller/writer knows his or her’s music. This movie always hits home for me. I truly believe its the music and the storyline. Haha some people nit pick about the littlest things about this movie. But it doesn’t bother me. I love this movie is because it reminds me of my innocence. That innocent love” or like one has on a crush. This movie truly does have something in my heart that hits home every time I watch it. Here’s a new track from a OST of mines in process. Not so sure about the title yet. I was thinking along the lines of….hmm… The Story is about a Detective that tries to solve a case with the murderer having Sadistic personality disorder. The definition of a Sadist is one who has the tendency to derive pleasure, esp. sexual gratification, from inflicting pain, suffering, or humiliation on others. That’s pretty sick if you tell me. I’m sure it’s been done already but I plan to go in deep. Gonna need a lot of preparing..

Now I’ve been watching many horror movies lately, man I gotta say it really show how sick this world is! As human beings, we have to understand that we can’t avoid these actions taken from this kinds of people. That actions that are made in these movies are mostly slasher films. I recently just got done watching Sinister. I thought the movie ehh wasn’t my cup of tea. Yes, like most horror movies now-a-days there is no resolution! and also based on cheap scares! And seriously! I think Hollywood has come to the conclusion that “there has to be some kind of a cult involved”. Examples like Sinister, the PA series. What happen to the psychological thrillers that made us think after the movie..”yeah there is a psychopaths out there” or “yeah there are ghost out there”. The last horror movie that I saw that had a resolution that was made from “Hollywood” or produced by Hollywood was The Awakening with Rebecca Hall.  And honestly I give that movie credit for being a really well developed film. It was a character driven film with a story! Yes, we might of seen similar story plots, such as The Others, The Orphanage. But what really makes a scary movie good at least to me… is that it has to have a story! If you think about a good scary movie is actually a good sad movie. Well, at least the ones i like. haha

People who take pride in being blunt often do nothing more than veil impudence and incivility behind a facade of “speaking the truth,” but a genuine truthspeaker can be direct without also being disrespectful.

It’s not enough to be “honest” if you cannot maintain the dignity of the people to whom you are speaking. 
 

I do not recommend this movie for everyone.. but for those of you who can handle it. Recently I was in the mood to find a good horror to watch. Since it is October, the month of Halloween. So what the heck let’s check out this jem; some would say. Overall, yeah it was disturbing. But it was very well shoot. Similar to many other independent films. It has that Indie style to it. It’s more of a Psychological thriller…or more along the lines of a “What would you do” kind of movie. The Score was amazing! I kept hearing that piano song play. I was like “gahhhh such a nice song!”. A good portion of the film was just silence but when the songs were introduced, it yeah made up for it. One of the things that stuck out was the dialogue. Watching the film you can tell already this not “written dialogue” it feels real. In end all I wanted was the girl to survive. Check this movie out if..IF you can handle the disturbance of morals and integrity. This world is ugly.
